In 1536, fleeing from the Inquisition, the alchemist Uberto Fulcanelli disembarked in Veracruz, Mexico. Appointed official watchmaker to the Viceroy, Fulcanelli was determined to perfect an invention which would provide him with the key to eternal life. He was to name it… the Cronos device.
Cronos (1993) dir. Guillermo Del Toro
“If only it was the picture who was to grow old, and I remain young. There’s nothing in the world I wouldn’t give for that. Yes, I would give even my soul for it…” – The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945)

Mokumokuren
from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger, 1994.
Designed by Tamotsu Shinohara. It’s a kids show, but Kakuranger featured this exhibitionist/flasher monster. Not only that: under his greatcoat he’s not naked; WORSE. He has dozens of eyes! Genius and creepy.
